　　香芋西米露 Sago And Taro Sweetened Soup

　　二、Method

　　做法

　　1. Dice the taro and steam for about 20 minutes until cooked.

　　1. 芋頭切成小粒，入蒸鍋蒸20分鐘至熟。

　　2. Bring a pot of water to boil. Rinse the sago and pour into the boiled water. Cook and keep stirring so it doesn't stick or get lumpy. Continue cooking until the sago is transparent. Now put out the whole lot into a colander. Turn on the cold water and rinse the sago under the water.

　　2. 燒開一鍋水，將西米用水清洗一下，入滾水鍋中。煮的過程中要不斷的用勺子攪拌，不然西米會粘鍋底。一直煮到西米呈半透明狀，熄火。把西米倒入過濾網，然后沖涼水備用。

　　3. Bring 400ml water to boil and add in the taro and sago. Turn the heat down. Add in artificial sugar and coconut milk. Stir until all well-combined. It tastes good either served hot or cold.

　　3. 把400毫升入鍋燒開。倒入蒸熟的香芋和已經過涼后的西米，關小火，加入人造糖與椰漿，調均。熱食冷飲兩相宜。
